Vargan & Vargan – Civil Law Firm won the case for Calcarul S.A. in the public procurement procedure for the award of the multi-year contract for the execution of road maintenance and repair works in Suceava County, during the summer and winter seasons.
Calcarul S.A., the main producer of mineral aggregates in the Moldova region, part of an important group of companies active in the field of road construction and civil works, was assisted by Vargan & Vargan both in the procedure conducted before the National Council for the Resolution of Complaints, and subsequently before the competent court.

The dispute concerned a contract of particular relevance for the road infrastructure in the north of the country, given its multi-annual nature and its subject matter, namely maintenance and repair works necessary to ensure traffic on public roads in Suceava County.
