Vargan strengthens its team by co-opting professionals with experience in the judiciary"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the recent addition of attorney Remus Sas, former judge at the Suceava Court of Appeal, Vargan and Vargan \u2013 Civil Society of Lawyers continues its development plan by co-opting attorney Daniela Iuliana L\u0103m\u0103\u0219anu, PhD lecturer, former general prosecutor of the Prosecutor&#8217;s Office attached to the Suceava Court of Appeal, who will contribute to the consolidation of the criminal law practice alongside the founding associate, attorney Viorica Lidia Vargan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-image stk-block-image stk-block stk-e5be5c2\" data-block-id=\"e5be5c2\"><style>.stk-e5be5c2 .stk-img-wrapper{width:316px !important;}<\/style><figure><span class=\"stk-img-wrapper stk-image--shape-stretch\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"stk-img wp-image-1151\" src=\"https:\/\/vargan.ro\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/varga-logo-footer-english.svg\" width=\"316\" height=\"85\"\/><\/span><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through this move, the team of nine lawyers, three of whom are former magistrates, becomes one of the best-structured legal teams in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The combined experience of the new members, coming from the judiciary and the academic environment, brings added analytical depth, discipline and professional authority in approaching complex cases, both at the national and international levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The expansion of the team is part of a sustained growth strategy, based on active collaborations within the scope of several courts of appeal in Romania and on international professional partnerships, especially in the European space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIt is a natural step in the evolution of a team that puts legal excellence, rigor and the ability to adapt to the dynamism of contemporary legal practice at the center of its activity\u201d, declared Mr. Paul Vargan, coordinating lawyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through the combined expertise of a team with complementary specializations in civil law, corporate law, criminal law, administrative litigation and international law, &#8220;Vargan and Vargan&#8221;
