The legal strategy aimed to protect the client&#8217;s interests in a complex procedural context, in which the legal arguments had to be correlated with the technical and economic reality of the contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;For us, this solution is of particular importance, given the relevance of the contract and its impact on the company&#8217;s activity. The Vargan &amp; Vargan team understood very well both the legal specifics and the technical component of the procedure. We benefited from rigorous, fast and applied legal assistance, with a strategy consistently supported both before the CNSC and before the competent court. In this case, the stakes were not purely formal, but concerned an important contract for road maintenance in Suceava County.
